Akhila Syamala is extremely passionate about art and creative living. She is a big advocate of gratitude, abundance and creative living.

Akhila is an artist residing in Noida, India with her husband and son. She is heavily inspired by nature and constantly strives to bring in the magic through her artworks. She enjoys working with pastels, watercolor, charcoal and acrylics to convey different emotions

After the wonderful response from her exhibitions, Akhila Syamala now brings magical artworks to your home through her prints and framed artworks.

Akhila Syamala, makes available information and materials on its website www.akhilasyamala.com subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use). Your use of www.akhilasyamala.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use; if you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may not use the site. Akhila Syamala reserves the right to change these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice.

In these Terms and Conditions, the user of the Website is referred to as "you" or "your" and the provider of the website is referred to as “Akhila Syamala”, "www.akhilasyamala.com", "we", "us" or "our".

Shipping

The purchased artwork will be made ready and packaged with utmost care. Once your order is received, your artwork will normally be shipped out within up to 7-10 business days.

Your paintings will be packed carefully for highest safety during transit. You will be notified and sent the tracking information when your order has shipped.

You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Akhila Syamala is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Akhila Syamala. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Akhila Syamala, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

Returns:

All sales are final. Please carefully consider a purchase before you press that “pay now” button. All of my artwork is made by hand and is one-of-a-kind. I do my best to provide professional photography of each item. Still, it’s an imperfect process where colors may vary from computer screen to reality. For paintings, please note whether or not the painting is listed as “framed” or “unframed or “prints”. The description of each painting will have this information plus the type of painting it is (watercolor, acrylic, etc.) and the substrate it’s painted on such as “canvas,” “paper” or “board.”

I encourage you to read and consider all descriptive information provided for each item and contact me with any questions you may have that are not already answered on this website before you make a purchase.

If you have received a damaged product :

Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at hello@akhilasyamala.com with images of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving the order. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition when it was received. It is therefore important to take care both when unpacking and repacking the artwork.

We will check and have an exchange of artwork or refund your money whichever is preferred.

Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

Cancellation :

Please mail us at hello@akhilasyamala.com for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.

Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our studio.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out for delivery.

Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.

If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing stage, we will try to hold the shipment of the artwork but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.

Refund for the cancelled order :

If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.

Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

NOTE:

The company has rights to cancel any order with their discretion. You will be provided a refund or credits to the website accordingly, as per the case.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Customer Service Policy

Akhila Syamala is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-14 business days (shipping within India).

Care Instructions

If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.

Measurements/dimensions of products

Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.

The works you see at “Akhila Syamala” are original artworks of Akhila Syamala.

The website (www.akhilasyamala.com) and all content including text, illustrations and images are created and owned by Akhila Syamala.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to courts of Noida Jurisdiction only.

Limitation of Liability

Given the unpredictability of technology and the online environment, Akhila Syamala does not warrant that the function or operation of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or other harmful elements.
