I see you
Have you observed what a busy street on a rainy day looks like?
Just imagine –
You are sipping coffee in a café by the road and it starts raining. You find a frame strewn across from your seat and you pick that up. Everything within the frame is zoomed in and you can actually see what each and every person is up to.
A mother calling out to the child who is merrily jumping in the pool
A woman hurriedly crossing the street as she is almost drenched from head to toe
A couple from the opposite café – singing and dancing in the rain
Children from the balcony in the building across the street waving happily to each other
Aren’t these the regular MOMENTS that we fail to notice?
This drawing urges me to be more mindful of the present and experience the everyday MOMENTS.
